10. Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, as such laws would apply to a contract fully negotiated, entered into, and performed in that state. You agree that any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Website will be resolved and settled through arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association and conducted in Los Angeles, California, United States of America. Judgment on any award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect.
