Automated in-person and virtual workshop scheduling.
Macedonia Community Development Corporation is a non-profit community organization that was running monthly workshops and consultations, and needed a scheduling system for their internal admin staff to manage. I integrated an automated booking app into their website that allowed users to easily make registrations. Push notifications to customers included automated registration confirmations, synchronized Zoom links, reminders, and capability to cancel and reschedule. Result: The automated system enhanced customer service, and provided transparency and seamless workflow for the internal admin and workshop administrator.
-
Virtual care, location map, scheduling, and patient portal integrations.
As launch consultant, I liaised with external developers and the internal teams of Exer, a fast-growing urgent care company, to help ensure a successful launch. Tech stack services included interfacing with third-party vendors, app integration assessments, and beta-testing technical functionality. Apps included virtual care, an interactive map (60+ locations), patient scheduling, and a patient portal. Result: Scalable, upgraded functionality that met Exer’s strategic goal to improve online services and patient experience.

Digital asset management (DAM) for retailers and remote teams.
I worked closely with a developer and the internal teams on this customized digital asset management (DAM) platform for Dormeo to store and distribute more than 2,000 product photos, videos, print and broadcast ads. Assets were tagged with keywords and organized for easy searches. Approval workflows, version control, and governance were included to protect the brand, and credentials issued to 500+ retailers, the company’s remote sales teams, ad agency, and public relations firm. Result: Centralized, scalable, and controlled access across channels, and a substantial reduction in the time the marketing team spent on distribution and approvals.
-
System for standard operating procedures with governance and optional AI.
I was hired (under an NDA) by a human resources firm to implement a cloud-based solution for creating and storing SOPs for their client, an international branded merchandise company. My services included organizational strategy, discovery interviews, document consolidation, and the implementation of a customized system with approval workflows, knowledge bases, governance, audit controls, and option to use an AI writer for SOPs. Result: The system increased the HR team’s visibility of departmental structure, and enhanced on-boarding and training capabilities. It provided department managers with access to create and store SOPs, and supported necessary regulatory compliance for company certifications.
-
Compliant solutions for accessibility, referrals, registrations, and donations.
As a consultant, I have liaised with website developers and internal teams at Valley Presbyterian Hospital on multiple initiatives to ensure quality user experience and compliance for its enterprise-level website and external portals. Services include digital strategy, vendor assessments, and implementation of app integrations for HIPAA and ADA compliance, language translations, class and event registrations, donations, physician referrals, and job searches, among other solutions. Result: The upgrades and integrations of apps and portals have consistently met goals for up-to-date technology, security, compliance, and audience engagement.

Economical and streamlined booking system.
When I designed a website for Ghost Sedan’s VIP transportation and tour service, one of the strategic goals was an economical booking system to improve its reservation process. The tech solution that I recommended was a customized platform system at no additional subscription cost, which includes scheduling across all of the company’s services, robust logic, and immediate push notifications to the in-house team. Result: Improved, user-friendly interface for customers on desktop and mobile devices, and streamlined reservations functionality for Ghost Sedan’s in-house team.
-
E-commerce sales with ship-from-store fulfillment app.
When I migrated this apparel manufacturer’s e-commerce website to a new platform, it included an app integration for their network of retailers to receive and fulfill orders. Working with the app vendor, and internal IT and merchandise teams, my services included oversight for asset migration, data integration for hundreds of product SKUs and locations, multiple rounds of team beta-testing, and in-house training. Result: Unified inventory visibility across DTC and retail channels maximized product availability, boosted retail partner sales, and reduced delivery times. Analytics provided real-time inventory tracking and demand trends.
-
Intranet for communication, collaboration, and document management.
Among other digital initiatives as a consultant, I worked with the CIO of Valley Presbyterian Hospital to find a new intranet solution for approximately 2,000 employees. As part of the use case strategy, I captured and analyzed data on hospital-wide communication methods and requirements, assessed solutions, and issued an RFI to targeted vendors. We convened an internal panel for vendor presentations, and I wrote the final report with communication, cost, compliance, and technical considerations. Result: The CIO’s internal team implemented an economical solution that has met strategic goals for enhanced employee engagement, more efficient workflow and productivity, and up-to-date information-sharing.
